PAPER SUBMISSION
Manuscript Style Information
- Do not manually set the paper size using mm or inch scale. Use the template
- Paper Length: Up to 8 pages, including figures, tables & references.
- Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75” (19mm). The top margin must be 1” (25mm).
- No page numbers should be inserted. We will insert the page numbers for you.
- All figures must be inserted in a JPEG image format, with the figure margins, center images, etc.
- Mathematical equations should be in editable format.
- References to be single-spaced (indent first line of reference).
- Corresponding author contact email should be included.
- Violations of any specifications may result in rejection.
Review Process
ICICSCI 2026 provides peer review for all submitted material. Some submissions are rejected without external review due to the grounds of insufficient research content, originality, and scientific flaws.
Presentation Instructions
Presentations should be clear, containing essential elements of the accepted formal paper. Include results, and comparative evaluation.
Presentation duration: 15 minutes + 5 minute Q&A.
Important IEEE Policy Announcement
Papers submitted will be checked for plagiarism via IEEE CrossCheck system. Papers with high similarity will be automatically rejected.
